Risha Dallas is the Founder/CEO of Vera Organix. She started Vera Organix in 2020 during the pandemic. Her business focuses on self-care and the importance of mental health. Vera Organix is vegan, sustainable, and dye-free. Risha sells a variety of bath and body products; candles, soap, body butter, and etc. Vera Organix’s products are made from organic ingredients.

Risha started, Currently Processing to get outside of her comfort zone. Having grown up on the East Coast, she now currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. Risha discusses the importance of a self-care routine and how COVID-19 has affected everyone’s mental health.

Ep 2: Kelly Bennett

Today we sit down and talk with Kelly Bennett. Kelly Bennett is a New York City based Creative Director building lifestyle brands since 2009. As a creative entrepreneur, she’s written an award-winning lifestyle blog that was featured in The Huffington Post, spoke at the Facebook Small Business Conference, featured on television, and was the creative director of the award-winning lifestyle restaurants, as well as the marketing director of an innovative city block in Downtown Las Vegas.

Kelly’s passion for empowering creatives can be seen in the video series Creative Direction for Creative People, weekly podcast Creative Direction with Kelly Bennett, and an incubator for creatives to build a lifestyle brand that feels authentic to them.

Ep 3: Isami Daehn

Viewer Discretion is advised.Today’s guest, Isami Daehn is a CSA survivor and motivational speaker. She originally hails from Japan but currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. Isami is a mental health advocate who lives with PTSD from childhood trauma. From growing up in an abusive upbringing, Isami suffered from severe depression. Now estranged from her parents, she is dedicating her life to helping others specifically with religious trauma.

Ep 4: Stefanie Frank

We are excited to welcome our guest entrepreneur, Stefanie Frank. She is Co-Founder and Creative Director of Frankly Good Coffee, a coffee roaster in Las Vegas. Recently Stef alongside her husband Glenn has opened up a location at St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Boulder City, Nevada. Stef has gone from being a litigation attorney to a copywriter. Now she spends her time training for running races and improv. Stef discusses how she believes athletic training is about 70% mental, why being a lawyer wasn't for her, and where she wants Frankly Good Coffee to go in the future.

Ep 5: Erica Zaldivar

In honor of International Women’s Day, we have a very special guest. Erica Zaldivar is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She is also a bereaved mother, she has a passion for helping people heal from trauma and create meaningful lives. Her own life was completely shaken in March of 2021 when her first and only daughter died at 13 days old in the NICU after a birth injury. Erica has since spent her free time writing and connecting with other bereaved parents on her Instagram page @travelingwithgrief. Erica hopes speaking about her story helps to reduce the stigma around baby loss and grief, in honor of her infant daughter Verity Aurora. Erica lives in Las Vegas, NV with her husband and their two dogs, Summit and Everest.

Ep 6: Limaris Burgos-moye

Today we have a blast from the past. Our guest, Limaris Burgos-Moye (Lilee) is an old elementary and middle school classmate of mine. She is a Puerto Rican self-taught artist originally from Bridgeport Connecticut. Currently, Lilee resides in Waterbury, Connecticut, and makes a living creating symbolic paintings and drawings that evoke feelings of sensuality, love, unity, hope, fertility, and eternity. She is also an indie designer and has worked with SHEIN, launching her first collection in June of 2021. Lilee recently resigned from her leadership role in higher education to focus on her art career full-time. Despite the risk, Lilee is excited for this new entrepreneurial venture.

Ep 7: Kate Christy

Today’s guest, Kate Christy is the literal and figurative hat-wearer at Folk Founded. Kate is a designer, a wife, mama to two wild, but oh-so-sweet boys and a baby girl. She is also a lover of run-on sentences. Kate is a utopian dreamer who wants to leave the world better than how she found it. After a decade of designing for clients from all walks of life, Kate’s found her real passion lies in supporting small businesses with big hearts through web design and development.

Ep 8: Karina Stafford

Our guest, Karina Stafford is the founder of Catalyst Tea Company, a Las Vegas-based start-up dedicated to helping people enjoy the benefits of mixing and brewing loose-leaf herbal teas. Growing up in the Russian countryside, Karina was always close to nature. Karina became a certified herbalist through the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and launched her first products in 2019. Today, her brand Catalyst Tea Company offers a range of pure, organic herbs and teas, several curated blends, infusers, and the company’s flagship product: themed herbal tea blending kits, which allow people to create their own teas and herbal infusions from scratch. Karina also organizes regular tea blending workshops and classes in Las Vegas.

Ep 9: Elena Duenas

Today’s guest, Elena Duenas is a young up-and-coming Latina entrepreneur. She lives in Las Vegas and currently attends university. Her boutique, Sage With Me, offers tools to assist with your spiritual journey. Elena likes to see herself as someone who helps people integrate, question, and understand what is in front of them. She also spends her time creating tarot videos on Youtube. Elena is very active on social media and often shows her process of creating apothecary products.

Risha Dallas is the Founder of Avid Cast Media. She started the company in 2023. Her agency is a one-stop shop for podcaster's needs, from development to production to promotion.Risha discusses the unpredictability of life's journey and the decision to embrace change. She also speaks about leaving a startup job, deciding to work for herself, and closing Vera Organix.
